Maggie Daley, wife of Mayor Richard Daley, christens the new lakefront ship, The Odyssey, in 1991 at Navy Pier in Chicago. The owners of the Odyssey, a 175-foot-long "mega yacht" said they planned to offer daily dining cruises year-round. Co-owner Michael Higgins called his Odyssey the Le Francais of the sailing lines. "I know there's room in the market for (us)," he said. The new boat cost $5 million.
