A 20-year-old man has been accused of grabbing and fondling a woman with his pants down in a Northwest
Side alley.

Brandon Lott, of the 4000 block of North Kilbourn Avenue, was ordered held today on $150,000 bail for a Monday attack on a 49-year-old woman on the 4000 block of West Irving Park Road in the Old Irving Park neighborhood, prosecutors said.

Prosecutors said the woman was walking to work shortly before 5 a.m., when Lott approached her from behind in an alley and cupped her breast. He allegedly pushed the victim, causing her to fall, then got on top of her with his pants down. He straddled the victim and continued to touch her, prosecutors said.

The victim yelled and hit Lott with her lunch bag. He eventually fled the scene without his pants, prosecutors said.

The victim then ran to a nearby business and called police. Police then caught up with Lott, who was hiding in a bush without pants, prosecutors said.

The victim later identified Lott as her attacker.

Lott was charged with criminal sexual abuse and unlawful restraint, according to court records.

Lott's attorney said he was currently working at a Mexican restaurant, a catering company and at an art school, according to court papers.
