Michelangelo was spinning in his grave. And not so much that a likeness of his sculpture "David" was serving vodka in a most unusual fashion at a toga party Dennis Kozlowski threw for his wife. But because the bash was cited as one of the Tyco CEO's excesses in looting the manufacturer of $600 million. It took two trials to convict Kozlowski, and CFO Mark Swartz, after a juror was seen signaling the defense in the first, in 2003. And, unlike his contemporaries in crime, Kozlowski is not whiling away 8 to 25 in Club Fed, but rather is stashed in a medium-security joint in upstate New York.
