Former Illinois Gov. <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PEHST002252" title="Dan Walker" href="/topic/politics/dan-walker-PEHST002252.topic">Dan Walker</a> arrives at the Dirksen Federal Building on Nov. 20 1987, when he was sentenced to seven years in prison after being convicted of misusing funds from his failed savings and loan association in Oak Brook. Walker pleaded guilty to charges that he fraudulently obtained over $1 million in loans from the First American Savings & Loan Assocation. He was sentenced to seven years in prison.
