Frank Kuta

Chicago Ald. Frank Kuta (23rd) makes a point in his office on April 25, 1972. Kuta was convicted in 1974 of accepting a $1,500 bribe on a zoning case and was sentenced to six months in prison. Ironically, the man he replaced as 23rd Ward alderman, Joseph Potempa, was also convicted for accepting a bribe while in office.
