Praise over Lott's resignation

Retired Justice Eugene Pincham raises his hand and says, "Hallelujah," after Jesse Jackson Jr. informed him about Trent Lott's resignation. The two met on the Daley Plaza after a news conference where Jackson commented on reports that Lott decided to withdraw as U.S. Senate majority leader.
