Eduardo Senf has been named executive vice president and general manager of the Writing & Creative Expression global business unit at Newell Rubbermaid, effective July 1. Senf takes over a business that is gaining momentum. In January, Newell Rubbermaid announced the global launch of Paper Mat InkJoy, with an ultra-low viscosity ink and proprietary ink delivery system. Other office and school supply brands under his direction include Sharpie, Expo and Prismacolor. One of the company's most experienced global leaders, Senf most recently was president of Newell Rubbermaid International. He joined the company in 2004 as president of the Rubbermaid and Irwin businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean. Before Newell Rubbermaid, Senf held marketing and operations roles at Mars Inc. and PepsiCo in Brazil. Senf has bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering and production engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial - FEI in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and completed his postgraduate studies in finance and business at the University of Anahuac in Mexico.
