Chilly winds and the threat of rain could not keep an estimated 155,000 spectators from Chicago's 39th annual <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="EVFES0000084" title="Columbus Day" href="/topic/arts-culture/holidays/columbus-day-EVFES0000084.topic">Columbus Day</a> Parade.
