David Haugh

<a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="1.03E+13" title="David Haugh" href="/topic/arts-culture/journalism/david-haugh-1.03E+13.topic">David Haugh</a> came to <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORCRP003016799" title="Chicago Tribune" href="/topic/arts-culture/mass-media/newspapers/chicago-tribune-ORCRP003016799.topic">the Chicago Tribune</a> in 2003 after 10 years as the columnist at the South Bend Tribune.  Haugh was <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORSPT000036" title="Chicago Bears" href="/topic/sports/football/chicago-bears-ORSPT000036.topic">the Bears</a> beat writer his first two seasons in Chicago before branching off into enterprise writing and eventually the role of Bears columnist before the 2006 season.  He earned a master's degree in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="OREDU0000132" title="Northwestern University" href="/topic/education/colleges-universities/northwestern-university-OREDU0000132.topic">Northwestern University</a> and a bachelor's degree from Ball State University, where he played football.  David and his wife, Allison, have a son, Blair.
