Ken "Tokyo Joe" Eto, who ran gambling operations for the Chicago Outfit, wore a hood to conceal a new identity before testifying at the President's Commission on Organized Crime in 1985. Eto got the new identity after surviving three gunshot blasts to the head two years earlier. He became a key witness on organized crimes and died in the witness-protection program in 2004.
