Annie Lopez Kiperman is joining Ryan Partnership Chicago, a shopper marketing firm, as a vice president. She will focus on new business and spearhead strategic planning and account management, with an emphasis on Hispanic marketing. Lopez Kiperman comes to the agency from Draftcb, where she led multicultural efforts on the Kmart account, including award-winning work for the Protege footwear launch and Latina Smart social media community. Her more than15 years of experience in multicultural marketing includes work with Kmart, American Airlines and Olive Garden. More than 10 years of that was spent with Zubi Advertising, where she introduced brands including Glade, Off!, Edge, Uncle Bens, M&Ms, Snickers, and Clean & Clear to the Lopez Kiperman has a degree from St. Mary's College, South Bend, Ind.
