In 2004, Kellogg recalled 6,300 18-ounce cartons of Corn Flakes nationwide for undeclared milk and wheat.<br>

The firm said another Kellogg cereal, containing milk and wheat, was accidentally packed in Corn Flakes cartons. "An operator inadvertently put the wrong cartons on the line," company spokeswoman Kris Charles said. "The fix was to install bar code readers [to detect wrong cartons] on all packaging lines."
