Salvation Army food truck

Jose Hernandez, 42, originally from Mexico City, eats hot soup from the Salvation Army food truck on Wilson Avenue and Marine Drive in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood. Hernandez is one of about a dozen men who live under a nearby viaduct. He said he's been living on the streets for two months after losing his job in June. Ald. James Cappleman is trying to force the truck out.
