Chicago tightens rules for protesters

A protestor is thrown out of City Council for yelling against the passage of the parade and public assembly ordinance. He later was arrested after tussling with police. The Chicago City Council voted to approve both the ordinance for the G8 and Nato Summits and the parade and public assembly ordinance.
