Chicago tightens rules for protesters

A protestor is thrown out of City Council for yelling against the passage of the parade and public assembly ordinance. He later was arrested after tussling with police. The <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORGOV000076" title="Chicago City Council" href="/topic/politics/chicago-city-council-ORGOV000076.topic">Chicago City Council</a> voted to approve both the ordinance for the G8 and Nato Summits and the parade and public assembly ordinance. Protestors showed their unhappiness with the vote by interrupting the meeting.
