The Lions of Tsavo a longtime attraction at the Field Museum. In 1898 these two lions were responsible for killing several railroad workers building a bridge over the Tsavo River in Kenya, Africa. In 1924, many years after they were killed the Field Museum purchased their furs and eventually stuffed and displayed them.July 31, 2014.
