The Hartford Courant recently launched a new recruitment tool that provides you with one more way to get your recruitment message out to job-seekers Hartford Courant CareerBuilder TV.
We already offer you print and online. Now, by adding television to the mix, were able to offer you complete multi-media coverage to generate more qualified applicants and lower cost per hire.
Whats Hartford Courant CareerBuilder TV? Its a half-hour program on WTXX, Connecticut's WB 20, every weekday at 6:30 a.m. WB 20 is on every cable system in Connecticut, as well as being available via normal broadcast airwaves to virtually all of Connecticut and parts of New York and Massachusetts.
In Connecticut there are 280,370 households that have television on from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Youll be able to reach passive job-seekers before they leave for work!

the information they need about a job opening the TV ad is merely to

Your ad will be presented by an announcer, with job or industry related stock footage, or some other type of animation, as a backdrop. Your company logo will appear, and there will be background music as well as visuals of all the contact information necessary.

What do I have to do to get my ad on the show?
Just tell us you want it there! There are a maximum of 70 spots per week, so you do need to let us know before all the spots are filled, but since we base the television ad on your print ad, you dont need to provide us with any additional copy or artwork. Best of all, assuming space is available, the deadline for TV is the same as for print!
