WAYNESBORO, Pa. — Emily Muir recently joined the sales team at Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA’s Waynesboro office.
She is licensed to list and sell all types of real estate in Pennsylvania.
Muir is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Pen Mar Regional Association of Realtors and Metropolitan Regional Information Systems.
She recently moved back to the Waynesboro area after living in Illinois, where she was a licensed Realtor. She previously worked at Chambersburg (Pa.) Hospital in contracts.

Manpower recently announced Theresa Baker as its 2013 Administrative Professional of the Year.
Manpower recognizes top talent each year on Administrative Professionals Day, and identifies one person who exemplifies the professional attributes and technical skills sought in administrative professionals.
Jeanne Labash was named 2013 Administrative Professional of the Year by the Hager chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals on April 21 at the Beaver Creek Country Club in Hagerstown during the chapter’s administrative professionals and executives brunch.
She received the honor by accumulating points through IAAP service, educational activities and professional certification.
On hand to share in the celebration were Labash’s husband, Jim, as well as IAAP Delaware-Maryland-District of Columbia President Patricia May and President-Elect Marsha Kremzier. In addition, Washington County Commissioner Ruth Anne Callaham and Hagerstown City Councilman Donald F. Munson were present to extend congratulations.
Labash joined the Hager chapter in 2006. She was a charter member of the Spires chapter, now known as the Frederick (Md.) chapter.
Labash is chairwoman of the Hager chapter’s program and public relations committee, and also serves on the membership committee. She serves on the hospitality and banquet committees for the 2013 Delaware-Maryland-District of Columbia Division’s annual meeting.
For more than eight years, she has worked at Bechtel Power Corp. in Frederick, where she is an administrative assistant for the nuclear operations group.
WVU Urgent Care
RANSON, W.Va. — Dr. Yusuf Khan recently joined the West Virginia University Urgent Care team as a family medicine physician. He also is a member of the medical staff at Jefferson Memorial Hospital.
Khan is a board-certified family medicine physician who relocated from Charleston, W.Va., where he has practiced since 2006. He is a graduate of Ross University School of Medicine and his residency was completed at the WVU Family Practice in the Charleston Area Medical Center in 2005.
