Rokisky, president and chief executive officer of CNB Financial Services Inc., the parent company of CNB Bank Inc., announced for the three months ending Sept. 30, CNB had consolidated net income of $537,000, or $1.27 per share, as compared to $464,000, or $1.05 per share, for the three months ending Sept. 30, 2010.
CNB's capital totaled $28.2 million, or 10.2 percent of total assets, as of Sept. 30, 2011.
CNB, with total assets at Sept. 30, 2011 of $275.8 million, has two full-service offices and ATMs in Berkeley Springs, W.Va.; three in Berkeley County, W.Va., in Hedgesville, south Martinsburg and Falling Waters, W.Va.; and one in Hancock.

Hagerstown Community College
Hagerstown Community College is partnering with the Entrepreneurial Alliance Resource Network, or EARN, to host the "Entrepreneurial Pathways: Been There Done That" conference Wednesday, Nov. 16, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the Career Programs Building on HCC's main campus.
Developed jointly by HCC's business incubator, HCC's Continuing Education and Community Services Division, and EARN, the conference will feature local, regional and national entrepreneurs who will share their experiences and advice through panel discussions and breakout sessions. Discussion topics will include new and beginning businesses, existing and expanding enterprises, and business trends.
Check-in begins at 8 a.m. followed by a continental breakfast. A series of discussions and workshops will follow. The keynote speaker will be John Herman, entrepreneur and author of "The Innkeeper Tales and Hermanisms: Axioms for Business and Life," who will speak about overcoming failure in a tough economy.
