Marty Coladarci, a CL&P account executive, and New Fairfield First Selectman John Hodge stand in front of a 4-acre parcel of the Faith Church's property along U.S. Route 202 in New Milford. Coladarci and Hodge are both members of the church, which is going to put 25 or more mobile homes on this field as temporary housing for Staten Island residents displaced by storm Sandy.
