PICTURES: Beekeeping At Forgotten Acres Farm
Naomi and Roy Rothe own Forgotten Acres Farm in Windsor where they grow vegetables and keep bees. They have been beekeepers for four years and now tend 17 hives. Each hive produces about 100 pounds of honey a year that they sell at their farm stand. They also use the honey to make jams, body lotions, candles and lip balms.
