José Moran has been elected chair of law firm Baker & McKenzie's North America Banking, Finance & Major Projects Practice. Moran advises clients on bank lending, including cross-border and project finance, capital markets financing, power, oil and gas; structured finance and public contracts and utilities. He concentrates primarily on transactions in the U.S., Spain and Latin America. Moran earned his law degree in 1999 at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.  He also received a LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law in 1996 and his law degree from Complutense University of Madrid in 1994.
