O’Brien has joined its Project and Development Services team as vice president, responsible for the management of build-to-suit projects throughout the Midwest.  He will work in Chicago and focus primarily on the industrial market and help strengthen the firm’s overall industrial capabilities.<br>

O’Brien, comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from DP Partners, where he was responsible for managing spec and build-to-suit industrial facilities.  His background also includes serving as a project manager for Pepper Construction Company.  O’Brien earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="OREDU0000166262" title="University of Notre Dame" href="/topic/education/colleges-universities/university-of-notre-dame-OREDU0000166262.topic">University of Notre Dame</a> and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="OREDU0000132" title="Northwestern University" href="/topic/education/colleges-universities/northwestern-university-OREDU0000132.topic">Northwestern University</a>, a company statement said.
