Levin brings more than 25 years in information technology, finance, operations and product development to this position, most recently as owner of Levin’s Enterprises, specializing in contract negotiation, as well as chief business development officer at SCIGON Solutions, providing staffing services for the software quality assurance industry. He also served in technology management at Rand McNally, Arby's and Taco Bell.<br>

Levin has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="OREDU000070" title="California State University, Northridge" href="/topic/education/colleges-universities/california-state-university-northridge-OREDU000070.topic">California State</a> University at Northridge and is pursuing an MBA at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
