Michael Feathers has joined Obtiva, a custom software development company, as chief scientist.
Feathers will lead software development projects, perform Agile and technology coaching, consult with clients, mentor software teams and conduct research. He also will develop curricula and training programs.
Feathers, a 20-year software veteran, wrote Working Effectively with Legacy Code and is a leader in Agile software development.
Since 1999, Feathers has provided training, coaching and mentoring services to clients of Object Mentor, an Illinois-based software development and training firm.
