Over the past year, AAI has been in a growth and rebuilding period. The board and new staff have met the challenge to both accomplish our mission in bigger and better ways while creating an organizational culture that is more sustainable.

The uncertain economy and state budget cuts have been challenging for our partner organizations, many of which are social service agencies.
