He brings 22 years of experience in product development, strategic partnering and program management in EO/IR, radio frequency and laser products and technologies.<br>

Since joining Northrop Grumman in 1989, he has been director of the Falcon Edge program as well as leading a team in the infrared countermeasures business unit.<br>

Mocarski has a bachelor's degree in aeronautical engineering from the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="OREDU0000155" title="University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign" href="/topic/education/colleges-universities/university-of-illinois-at-urbana-champaign-OREDU0000155.topic">University of Illinois</a>, and a master's in industrial and systems engineering from the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="OREDU000019271" title="USC" href="/topic/education/colleges-universities/usc-OREDU000019271.topic">University of Southern California</a>. He has also completed the Harvard Business School's General Manager program.
