Flanking the main entrance are, to the left, Bobby's Burger Palace, which will be up and running on June 6, the night of the casino's grand opening. The Cheesecake Factory is set to open on June 20.
All the way over to the left, on the casino's far south side, a good football field away, are the casino's in-house food and drink operations.
First you come to the R Bar, an open mingling area where casino patrons can place bets on bar-top slots. Adjacent to the this is a quick-service area shared by Phillips Seafood and Noodles, an a live-wok Asian operation.
And behind that is the Live Market Buffet, featuring an extensive salad and dessert bar, rotisserie-grilled meats, pasta dishes, stone heart-baked pizzas, stir-fries and comfort food like fried chicken and macaroni and cheese.
The buffet will cost $16.99 for lunch, Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; $23.99 for dinner, Sunday through Wednesday, 5-10 p.m.; $26.99 for Thursday night grilled steak and prime rib dinner, 5-11 p.m. and $31.99 for Friday and Saturday night's Ultimate Seafood Dinner, 5-11 p.m. A "Champagne brunch" will be offered on Sundays for $21.99.
The Prime Rib will be located on the casino's opposite end. Its opening date is now estimated to be sometime in late September or early October. The in-house Rams Head Live is scheduled to open in July.
