The sophomore standout became Broadneck's first two-time state wrestling champion when he won the Class 4A-3A crown in the 132-pound weight class on Saturday at Maryland's Cole Field House. Harrell, who won the state title in the 120-pound class at the end of his freshman season, completed a dominating tournament with a first-period pin over Reservoir's Mason Kilcarr, needing 54 seconds to come away with the title. It was his third pin of the tournament to go with a major decision. In finishing the season with a 32-1 record, Harrell also won Anne Arundel County and Class 4A-3A East regional titles for a second straight year. The regional title also came against Kilcarr in a 5-2 decision. Harrell is now 68-3 in his two years at Broadneck.
