Coast Guard Rear Admiral Ronald J. Rabago, left, and Shawn Garvin of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency sign paperwork signifying that environmental cleanup is complete at the Coast Guard Yard in Curtis Bay. Now that cleanup is complete, the yard can be removed from the "Superfund" or National Priorities List of contaminated sites. Parts of the yard were contaminated by past shipbuilding and ship repair activities.
