Columnist Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. comes across more reasonably than many Republicans we see on TV, but he seems not to notice the great discrepancy between the few wealthy and the many in lower and diminishing middle class ("Nine ideas to revive the Republican Party," Feb. 9).
If he proposed solutions, it would be one thing, but instead he joins with those conservatives who seem to lack a heart, more apt to whine than to be positive. Didn't he learn from sports about the value of being a team player?
