Former Gov. Robert L. Whatshisname Jr. has done it again. According to him, Chris Christie is totally exonerated in Bridgegate because an investigation has totally cleared him from any involvement ("Chris Christie is not a 'small ball' politician," April 13). What he left out is that the investigation was done by the New Jersey governor's office and none of the principals were interviewed.
This is positively Nixonian to do a self-investigation and self-exoneration. It is in the style of Fox News to spin it in this manner.
I fully support having a myriad of opinions represented in The Sun, but when the columnist knows the lie, he should tell the truth and not support to the cover-up.
