2. Savor the movie premieres

Sure, there's video aplenty to be seen (and purchased) throughout the convention. But only at Otakon can you catch the North American premiere of director Guy Moshe's "Bunraku," the story of a man's lifelong quest for revenge and the unexpected turns it takes. The cast includes <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB002257" title="Josh Hartnett" href="/topic/entertainment/josh-hartnett-PECLB002257.topic">Josh Hartnett</a> and <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB002223" title="Woody Harrelson" href="/topic/entertainment/woody-harrelson-PECLB002223.topic">Woody Harrelson</a>, along with (pictured) Ron Perlman and <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB003250" title="Demi Moore" href="/topic/entertainment/movies/demi-moore-PECLB003250.topic">Demi Moore</a>.<br>

The movie also stars Gackt, a big-time pop star in Japan. If you've never heard of him, the guy standing next to you at Otakon probably has.
