Rebecca Zimmerman, a teacher at the Kennedy Krieger Institute Center for Autism and Related Disorders, uses the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to teach a student at the center. The federal government will be allowing, but not mandating, insurance companies to cover ABA for autistic children of federal employees.
