Wedding photographer tips

Anne Sachs, of Baltimore-based <a href="http://www.artfulweddings.com/" target=new>Artful Weddings by Sachs Photography</a>, shared her suggestions for what to look for when choosing who will document your big day.<br>

1. Meet with your photographer in person and make sure you have a good rapport.<br>
<br>
2. Make sure you like both the work they are showing for promotion, as well as work they have done for clients. Ask to view an album that is a duplicate client's album, which you can flip through from start to finish, as well as photographs they normally might not show, such as family group photographs.<br>

4. Schedule an engagement session with your photographer. It's a great way for you to get comfortable in front of the camera, plus your photographer will get a better feeling for you and your fiance's personality and preferences.<br>

5. Meet with your photographer prior to the wedding to review the day's schedule and discuss any special photo needs.
