After debuting in 2011, Trout in 2012 had one of the greatest seasons a rookie has ever had, batting .326 with 30 homers and 83 RBIs. He led the majors with 139 runs and 49 stolen bases. Plus, he often made highlights with flashy grabs in the outfield. Trout, an All-Star in 2012 and the American League Rookie of the Year, finished second in the Most Valuable Player voting. In 2013, the 21-year-old continues to do it all, and right now, Trout, who has been compared to Mickey Mantle and Ty Cobb, is the best of this young bunch.
