On the road, Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco has completed just 52.2 percent of his throws for 719 yards, three touchdowns and four interceptions for a 62.7 passer rating.
Conversely, at home, Flacco has completed 66.5 percent of his throws for 1,612 yards, 10 touchdowns and three interceptions and a 108.3 passer rating.
There's not much of an explanation other than the obvious factors of nerves, crowd noise and facing some good pass rushers -- as Baltimore has allowed 11 sacks away from M&T Bank Stadium and eight sacks there.
Flacco has had his moments against the Steelers, going 4-4 in the regular season while losing both of his playoff starts to them.
He has passed for 1,809 yards, 10 touchdowns and four interceptions on 56.2 percent accuracy for an 83.7 rating against the Steelers.
And he's been especially sharp in the past three games against Pittsburgh, averaging 263.3 yards per contest with five touchdowns and zero interceptions.
The Ravens will require another strong performance out of Flacco against the NFL's top-ranked defense, which will be playing without injured standout safety Troy Polamalu.
Last season, Flacco connected with wide receiver Torrey Smith for the game-winning touchdown pass as he orchestrated a crisp drive to finish the Steelers off in a pivotal Sunday night game. Now, here's another chance for Flacco to replicate that showing.
