Grand Prix-fixe menu at The Wine Market

The Wine Market Bistro in Locust Point welcomes the 2013 Grand Prix of Baltimore with a prix-fixe menu inspired by the 1906 Grand Prix de l'Automobile Club de France, Le Mans, France. Entrees on the three-course, $33 menu include pork belly cassoulet, truffle-roasted chicken and steak frites. Desserts include a fig and frangipane tart and a candied ginger and orange creme brulee.
