Here's my simple recipe for Spring Peepcorn:
Follow your favorite method of making a bowl of popcorn. Meanwhile, melt 1/4 Tablespoon butter and a strip of Peeps in a non-stick pan over lowest flame. (One color at a time.) Stir continually. In a few minutes, your adorable Peeps will melt away (the first time's a little sad) and transform into a pourable Peep cream. Pour over popped corn. Variations: add nuts or spices to taste!
