At the Milan restaurant in Little Italy, former NBA player <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PESPT007771" title="Chris Webber" href="/topic/sports/chris-webber-PESPT007771.topic">Chris Webber</a> announced a four million dollar Campaign for the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLTRA0000139" title="National Great Blacks in Wax Museum" href="/topic/arts-culture/history/national-great-blacks-in-wax-museum-PLTRA0000139.topic">National Great Blacks in Wax Museum</a> to build a "block-long, 120,000 square foot new museum." The wax figure at right (lace shawl) is Rebecca Lee Crumpler, the first female African American physician who lived from 1831-1895.
