Foxborough or bus: Are we there yet?

Ravens fans are practically packed and ready to go to Foxborough.

A spokesperson from told TicketNews that the site has had more buyers from Maryland (29 percent) than from Massachussetts (26 percent) for Sunday's AFC Championship game against the New England Patriots.

So if Foxborough is your destination, how are you getting there?

By bus, Bill Rohrbaugh's Charter Service, based in Manchester, has some availability remaining. The first bus is close to sold out, but Rohrbaugh said if there's enough demand, a second bus will be made available. The cost is $85 round-trip.

A quick check shows Southwest Airlines has sold out most of its Saturday flights from Baltimore to Providence. Seats are available on a 7:55 a.m. flight on Saturday for $126. Getting back in time for work on Monday will be tricky. Only available Southwest flights are after 5 p.m. Of course, other airlines are offering flights to Providence, including US Airways, from about $268 round-trip.

Meanwhile, Southwest's flights to Boston Logan are plentiful this weekend, starting at about $131 each way.

Foxborough is a little more than 20 miles from either city, but Providence is eager to host Ravens fans.

The folks at the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau have put together a site for getting to Giliette Stadium, lodging deals, events, restaurants and more.
