Patrons arrive at the Ponderosa Steakhouse restaurant on October 22, 2002, where 37-year-old man was shot outside the steakhouse on October 19. Authorities have linked the shooting to the sniper slayings in the greater Washington area. 35-year old Conrad Johnson, a local bus driver, was shot and killed earlier in the day in an incident that has not been connected to the sniper shooting at this time. A serial sniper has communicated to police that children in the Washington, D.C. area are not safe from his relentless killing spree "anywhere, at any time," police said on Tuesday.
