From the Green Mountains of Vermont, Vermont Butter & Cheese Creamery's artisanal techniques have produced the finest fresh and aged goat cheese, creme fraiche and European-style cultured butter for nearly 30 years. Using goat's milk from local family farms and cow's milk from a Vermont cooperative of 500 family dairy farmers, the Creamery offers products in a wide range of fat levels, moisture content, flavors, cooking applications and dietary considerations, setting the bar for sustainability and craftsmanship.
