A Baltimore County police officer ties crime scene tape in July 2005 at the Essex home of Norman S. Wiley, 48, and his stepdaughters Sheriesa Bernay King, 15, and Ja-Na Liett Jones, 14. The three died of carbon-monoxide poisoning.
