Inner Harbor dip

The <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLTRA000101" title="Inner Harbor" href="/topic/travel/tourism-leisure/inner-harbor-PLTRA000101.topic">Inner Harbor</a> was the substitute for the Atlantic Ocean. 88 college students dipped the rear wheels of their bikes in the Inner Harbor Sunday morning before setting out on a 70-day 4000-plus mile journey to the Pacific ocean for the 4K for <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="HEDAI0000010" title="Cancer" href="/topic/health/diseases-illnesses/cancer-HEDAI0000010.topic">Cancer</a> ride organized by the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults. The riders are bound for San Francisco, Portland and Seattle.
