The osso buco at Pazza Luna

There were at least three versions of Pazza Luna, a cozy corner restaurant in Locust Point, but it was the original incarnation, under Kim Acton (pictured), that impressed diners so much that, seven years later, the restaurant's osso buco is the first thing that comes to mind when the topic of most-missed restaurant dishes comes up.
