Glimpsed at RA Sushi: Jasmine Welch

Jasmine Welch, 21, says whether she's shopping or putting an outfit together, she's aiming for "comfortable, and it has to be cute -- iff it's pink, it's even better." All of the above applied to the ensemble the Towson University student wore as she joined friends for dinner at RA Sushi. She layered a fuchsia Forever 21 camisole under an oatmeal cropped Kaisely sweater - which featured crocheted sleeves - and flair jeans from the Free People store. She found her gold-studded, taupe-trimmed black patent leather Mary Jane wedges at the Betsey Johnson store and her gold studded satchel at Aldo. The black cropped double-breasted jacket with the fur collar was a particular treasure. "It was originally $300, and I got it on sale at the Juicy Couture store for $62." Welch says she's a real bargain shopper. "My favorite place is Nordstrom BP. I will never leave there empty-handed."
