Waitress Anglea Nichols serves Tecla and George Chagetas their food. After a year of renovations, the shop and restaurant re-opened to the public. George Chagetas had a tuna sandwich on wheat bread and "run it through the garden," his phrase for adding tomato, lettuce and othe vegetables to the sandwich.
