1 package of 5 Peeps, any color 5 Popsicle sticks 1 1/2 cups chocolate ganache 3/4 cup toasted chopped pecans 3/4 cup toffee pieces 3/4 cup chocolate or any colored sprinkles Chocolate Ganache: 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate chip pieces, chopped 1 cup heavy whipping cream Place chopped chocolate in a bowl. Heat cream to just a boil over medium heat. Pour cream over chocolate; add 1/8 teaspoon of salt. Let stand, 10 minutes, then wisk until smooth. Place Popsicle stick into bottom of each Peep. Dip in chocolate and sprinkle on desired toppings. Refrigerate immediately. I place the pops in a glass with a rolled-up paper napkin in the bottom of the glass. Makes 5 pops.
