Joining Seaver as featured guests and speakers will be Steve Vilnit of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources Fisheries Service; Austin Murphy, organizer of the Potomac Snakehead Tournament; John Rorapaugh and Greg Casten of ProFish, Ltd. and Stephen Abel, executive director of the Oyster Recovery Partnership.
